Shipping & Returns

Made to order

Most of what we sell is made after you order it, so it takes some time before it is ready. After you place an order we will email you with an estimate for your pieces. If you need something by a certain date, say so in the special requests box at checkout or message us first.

Local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout and there is no shipping charge. We will email you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time. We can also hand orders off at craft shows we are attending (see the craft shows page).

Shipping

We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $8.00 per order, however many items are in it. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. We will email you when your order ships.

Prices and tax

Sales tax is already included in our prices. The total at checkout is the total you pay.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at chad@rivendellcraftersllc.com or through our contact page. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Custom and personalized items

Items engraved or made with your own artwork, names, or text are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or we made a mistake. Please check your artwork and spelling before you order. If you are unsure, message us and we will help.

Other items

If you change your mind about a standard, non-custom item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. If it is unused and in the condition we sent it, we will accept the return. You pay the return shipping, and we refund the item price once it arrives.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund until we start making your order. Contact us as soon as you can. Once work has started on a custom item we cannot cancel it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
